Star Quality Staffing

PalmettoStar Life Associates, takes pride in assisting OPOs and transplant centers around the United States. All temporary staff provided by PalmettoStar Life Associates will be certified by the American Board for Transplant Certification and background check will be completed. This will ensure Star Quality services delivered to current and newly hired staff.

Education & Training

PalmettoStar Life Associates can assist with training and educating permanent staff. We will provide our vast expertise and insight to construct training documents and assist with standard operating procedures.

Organ Preservation & Recovery Coordinator Staff

We provide qualified and certified transplant preservationists, recovery coordinators, or surgical technicians. They will be able to prepare the operating room staff for the recovery procedure, facilitate the arrival of the visiting surgeons, assist with obtaining temporary privileges, supplies, and equipment needed for organ procurement.  In addition, we will ensure all recovered organs are packaged with appropriate paperwork, blood, and tissue specimens per UNOS policy and provide surgical assistance to the surgeon during organ recovery.

Education

Our contractors have several years of experience within management and team lead positions. This valuable knowledge will be beneficial to delivering personalized instruction to newly hired staff. They will be able to teach and document progress and report to supervisors.

Training

Our contractors will be able to assist with the training curricula based on current and new operating procedures. They will be able to plan and prepare training aids, including handbooks and demonstration models. These training materials can incorporate several modalities to encompass different learning styles that will guide new staff.
